I think that he is an Astro that has the same fate with G-Toilet, along with the other early Astro Toilets like Giant Flying Skibidi Toilet, Saint/Priest Skibidi Toilet, etc.
His appearance may looked like that when he was in the Astro Empire, he was an intelligence (until now), cruel scientist that has no mercy to every planets he ever seen. Also, I have a theory that he is still alive, because his corpse does not look fleshy and does not have blood particles (well there are some), and looks like a destroyed junk of metal.
