The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman is an Armed Cameraman variant that made his first appearance in one of the extra scenes of Season 25. He isn't a significant character in the series, though still worthy to mention.

The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman is a Normal Cameraman donning a blue shirt, black tie, vest, black pants and shoes. Additionally, the Cameraman is armed with a Handheld laser cannon and a Toilet paper grenade, alongside a pair of Headphones and Lens which is used to prevent certain attacks from reaching him.

The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman has the same capabilities as any other Cameraman 2.0. These said capabilities include weapons and protective utility, such as the Handheld laser cannon and his Lens.

Handheld laser cannon[]
The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman welds a Handheld laser cannon which is capable of firing laser beams that take the appearance of a red color. Their damage output is most likely similar to other Handheld laser cannons.
Toilet paper grenade[]
The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman also possesses a throwable Toilet paper grenade. It simply functions as any other toilet paper grenade: the pin of the grenade is pulled off, thrown towards the desired target and moments later, exploding, resulting in an effective output.

Season 25 Compilation[]
The Scientist TV Man looking at the Blue shirted Guard Cameraman, asking if he had "analyzed every arrived survivor."
He appeared in the second additional scene of the Season 25 compilation. As the POV-Cameraman walked through a few aisles in the safe place, the POV-Cameraman turned and saw the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman standing there. As the POV-Cameraman turned away to stare into a mirror, he heard a Teleportation sound. When he turned back to look at the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman, the Scientist TV Man walked over to stand beside him, followed by the Brown Speakerman. The Brown Speakerman handed a translation device to the Scientist TV Man, who began speaking to the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman. The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman swayed his head left to right, looking around.
As the Scientist TV Man asked who worked at the Alpha-Hills Labs, a Human raised his hand and approached. The Detective Cameraman entered and made a gesture toward the Human that the Scientist TV Man didn’t approve of, so the Scientist TV Man pinned the Human to the wall. Throughout this, the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman observed the situation.
Once the situation was resolved, the Scientist TV Man asked the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman, "Have you analyzed every arrived survivor?" The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman nodded. However, the Scientist TV Man then asked, "Then tell me... What the hell is that!" as he turned to face the Messenger Skibidi Mutant. The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman reacted quickly and fired his gun at the Messenger Skibidi Mutant, but the Messenger Skibidi Mutant dodged every shot. He then jumped down and told the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman to stop, explaining that he had come to "speak on behalf of his people." The Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman ceased fire, and the Messenger Skibidi Mutant shrugged, asking if they would form an alliance with the Skibidi Toilets.
The camera turned back to the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman and the others, who stood motionless in silence. That concluded the second additional scene of the Season 25 compilation, marking the end of the Blue Shirted Guard Cameraman's appearance in this episode.
