The Armored vehicle-launched bridge (AVLB for short) is a military bridgelayer vehicle. It appears to be the M1074 Joint Assault Bridge System, a bridgelayer based off the M1 Abrams chassis system.
Appearance[]
This vehicle has the Wheels of a tank or Wheels like the Bill Tank Skibidi Toilet. On top he has a flat surface, on top of the flat surface are 2 bridge looking things that are connected. This vehicle has a very unique appearance.
Capabilities[]
The AVLB is essentially grownup tactical origami. It is a clamshell folded scissor bridge that is extended over blown out bridges and large gaps such as rivers to allow vehicles and infantry to pass. The M1074 in particular is unarmed, but does have the heavy composite armor plating of an M1 Abrams.
Functionality[]
As mentioned previously, the Armored vehicle-launched bridge's purpose is to assist in the crossing of gaps such as rivers and craters to allow allied vehicles to bypass the obstacle.
