The Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet is a masked Skibidi Toilet that first appeared in Episode 70. He appeared after exploding a hole through the elevator ceiling, and would attempt to kill the Infiltration squad as they progressed through the Alpha-Hills Labs.
Appearance
The Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet is an expanded Gray Skibidi Toilet that lacks a water tank, replaced by an acid barrel and two pipe bombs. Four enlarged claw appendages serve as the Skibidi Toilet's legs and as weapons, a grenade launcher arm on his left and a small claw arm on his right. The Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet wears a balaclava hence the name.
Abilities
The Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet has a moderate arsenal characterized by explosive equipment. He has a grenade launcher mounted as a mechanical arm on the left side of his toilet. The Skibidi Toilet also has a self-destruct system that he can activate voluntarily, with an acid barrel at the back of his toilet along with two pipe bombs, which emit a red light upon activation of the self-destruct system. As shown in his debut, he is capable of withstanding the paralyzer laser rifle's beams.
Regarding equipment, the Skibidi Toilet has five Mechanical claws. Four of these serve for mobility, making him resemble a kind of spider, while the fifth is a mechanical arm on the right side of his toilet, serving as a melee weapon.
Combat
Mounted-Grenade Launcher
It is a moderately large grenade launcher that is incorporated as an arm on the left side of his toilet. As the name suggests, it allows him to launch grenades at his enemies, damaging them with the explosions they cause. This weapon is rarely used among the Skibidi Toilets.
Self-Destruction System; C4's & Acid Barrel
It's a self-destruct system that consists of an acid barrel and two pipe bombs. The acid barrel is located at the back of his toilet, and the pipe bombs are located on the sides of the barrel. When the Skibidi Toilet finds himself cornered with low chances of survival, he activates this system to take down nearby enemies. Upon activation, beeps and red lights are emitted from the pipe bombs, which explode in a short time period.
Quintuple Mechanized Limb-Claws
There are five mechanized claws. Four of them serve as mechanical legs, allowing efficient mobility on the battlefield and making him look like a kind of spider, while the fifth serves as a right arm, with which he can impale his enemies, functioning as a melee weapon.

Skibidi Toilet 70 (Part 2)
The Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet revealed himself as the attacker who was hitting the elevator ceiling before throwing a Explosive Decoy Cameraman at the Infiltration Squad.
In this episode, the Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet made his first and only appearance as a secondary antagonist facing the Infiltration squad, managing to take down one of them. After the noises on the elevator ceiling stopped, a mysterious explosion opened a hole in the ceiling, revealing a Normal Cameraman. Although everything seemed to be fine, it turned out the Cameraman was a decoy, already dead. Behind the Cameraman, the Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet was revealed. He threw the Cameraman into the elevator. This decoy had a pipe bomb attached to his back, which exploded, creating a hole in the elevator floor and releasing a cloud of corrosive acid. This distracted the entire squad, allowing the Skibidi Toilet to drop down and confront them.
The Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet stabbed in the eyes by Knives launched from a distance through Soundwaves by the Dark Speakerman, blinding him.
Once inside the elevator, the Skibidi Toilet quickly stabbed the Dark Blue Tied Cameraman, impaling him with his mechanized claw arm. The confrontation was fast and frantic. The Skibidi Toilet then used his Grenade launcher to try to damage his opponents, but the targets managed to evade the attack. Meanwhile, the Cameramen futilely tried to confront the Skibidi Toilet]] using their Paralyzer laser rifles, which had no effect. Before the fight could continue properly, the Skibidi Toilet was quickly stabbed in the eyes by Knives fired at his eyes through Soundwaves by the Dark Speakerman, blinding the Skibidi Toilet.
The Balaclava Grenadier Skibidi Toilet and the Dark Blue Tied Cameraman died off-screen after falling through a large hole in the elevator floor.
The Skibidi Toilet's chances of winning the clash had been greatly reduced, so he decided to make one last attack by activating his self-destruct system. The pipe bombs attached to the back of his toilet started to beep. In an act of bravery to save his comrades, the Dark Blue Tied Cameraman, who was still impaled on the Skibidi Toilet's claw arm, decided to throw himself into the hole in the floor along with the Skibidi Toilet, causing both to fall. A massive detonation followed, indicating that both the Cameraman and the Toilet had been destroyed.
