Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0, also named Hugo Boss, is the upgraded version of Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 2.0. He is a Skibidi Mutant affiliated with Skibidi Toilets and their allies The Alliance, serving as the main protagonist of Episode 78, where he participated in a rescue operation, before becoming one of the first witnesses of the debut of Speakermen 3.0. In contrast to his previous state with just one hand and a Buzzsaw prosthetic, he now confidently possesses two hands like the majority of the Skibidi Mutants, with the Buzzsaw firmly attached to one arm.
Appearance[]
After Episode 77, his Retractable Iron Helmet has been removed, compensated by heavy metal ring-shaped protections armoured along his upper torso and thorax. His physique is now more steady and bulkier built, with a notable addition of the cyber-organic right hand replacing the prosthetic from previous versions, with the Astro Laser Cannon and Buzzsaw now attached to his right forearm. Buzzsaw Mutant is now equipped with dual retractable shoulder PLD cannons similar to Berserker Mutant 2.0, as well as two versatile hand Plasma Revolvers, adding to his diverse arsenal. He sports a top knot hairstyle that resembles a samurai, along with menacing yellow-amber eyes.
Personality[]
As of Episode 78, the Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant has shown sociopathic tendencies, taking pleasure in the suffering of his enemies and displaying little to no remorse as he slowly kills a Trooper Astro Toilet with his new and improved arm-mounted buzzsaw. He also demonstrates a bold willingness to take significant risks, leaving his comrades behind to eliminate a spy while facing overwhelming odds against the Hunter Astro Mutant. Despite these darker traits, he reveals a surprisingly jovial side. In a humorous attempt to make amends with Polycephaly after their previous interaction in Episode 66, he asks for a hug just before they teleport into the battlefield to rescue the remaining survivors. He refers to Polycephaly as a "friend" and compliments his impressive efficiency in battle after witnessing his victory against an Interceptor Astro Toilet.

The Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0 wields an arm-mounted laser cannon that was strong enough to terminate a Specialist Astro Toilet with ease. It features with orange in Skibidi Toilet 77 but now personalized to glow yellow akin to Skibidi Toilet's laser in Skibidi Toilet 78.
Dual Shoulder-Mounted PLD Cannons[]
One of new Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0's upgrades is two paralyzer laser cannons mounted on his shoulder. They were capable of discharging an accumulated blast of static electricity to immobilize enemies and finish them off, proved to be efficient to stun an Specialist Astro Toilet and later briefly slow down Hunter Astro Mutant.
Dual Plasma Pistols[]
This type of firepower allows Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0 to both significantly injure enemies and shoot down flying units in several shots. Pocket-small size and usability makes it an optimized weapon in the battlefield.
Dual Cyber Katanas[]
Retained from the 2.1 version, beside the incorporated advanced magnetic system, Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0's Cyber katanas now have seemingly become sharper to the point being able to cut through heads and mechanic parts of heavily armored Astro Toilets, such as Specialist Astro Toilet, like slicing butter and heightened with extra versatility in combat, such as deflecting projectiles by spinning the blades or exploding when thrown at a swift enough velocity.

Ring-shaped gears that serve as armor for Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0. This protection massively reinforces mutant's natural tenacity, rendering him unfazed by Astro Toilets's projectile and capable of withstanding even powerful impact from assaults on a frequent basis. They are also durable enough to protect mutant from Hunter Astro Mutant's cyber blades, which could kill a fully armed POV-Cameraman in one blow.
Regular Headphones[]
They are a regular pair of headphones that he owned from the earliest version. These piece of item plays a simple functionality, protecting user from all forms of soundwave-based attacks, yet undispensible in the battlefield.

Ordinary sunglasses which him and many Skibidi Toilets have as an extra protective gear, that are used to prevent various visual armaments and status effects from influencing the user.

Deployed by a shield projector on his left arm, Yellow holographic shield is used as a supporting manner defense manner of Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0 against enemy's attacks. it is efficient to block series of constant ranged attacks, while proved to be superior in overall defense capacity that it is strong enough to nullify a point-blank slash from energy blades if not directly target the shield projector and can be self-activated to the user's will with no difference from Titans' shield.

After the arrival of the Hunter Astro Mutant, the Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0 tried to shoot him with one of his Plasma Pistols, but the Hunter dodges the attacks and the Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0 tried to shoot the Hunter with his Astro Laser Cannon, but the Hunter blocked the lasers with his Dual Plasma Cyber Blades while the Buzzsaw Skibidi Mutant 3.0 questioned, "What?". Buzzsaw Mutant 3.0 is one in the many members, including Cameraman and TV Man's armed forces, operated to rescue a group of their researchers in Eastern Europe. He is seen kneeling down beside Isaac Kleiner Skibidi Toilet 2.0 before being tasked by Senior Scientist Cameraman to hold the position of the POV, attatching a portable camera to his head to monitor the situation and send transmissions to the base. He then responded by gesturing a thumbs-up towards the Senior Scientist, prior to equiping the portable camera. Reaching Polycephaly to depart, Buzzsaw Mutant requested him to teleport him to the battlefield with a hug, to which he refuted, responding with a firm "NO CHANCE. GRAB ONTO SOMETHING ELSE." resulting in Buzzsaw Mutant choosing to grab onto his crotch instead, making Polycephaly feel as though he was being treated as a joke. "YOU THINK THIS IS FUNNY?" he exclaimed.
During the teleportation process, Polycephaly transported Buzzsaw Mutant to a dark, enigmatic space that reflected scenes from both the future and the past. He first witnessed a flashback of an explosion that destroyed a city in the distance, prompting him to shield himself from the blast. When he looked over his shoulder, he was met with a second flashback: his past self confined in a metal capsule, struggling during his creation by the Chief Scientist, Skibidi Toilet. As they neared their destination, he encountered a strange TV Man who appeared to be trapped, shaking uncontrollably. The glare from the TV Man's screen and his tentacles obscured his form as he slowly moved toward him. The large TV Man then responded, "JEFFREY WOULDN'T MIND SOME COMPANY."
Having approached the destination, where a chaotic war scheme between the Astro Toilets and the Alliance-Skibidi Toilets was taking place, Buzzsaw Mutant 3.0 draws his dual cyber katanas, spinning them to deflect the incoming projectiles in preparation to slaughter his enemies, while praying "Lord, forgive me...I'm gonna fluffin kill!". He very quickly slayed the Astro Toilets one-by-one, slashing them into pieces, shootting some down, and even resorting to torment by forcing a Trooper Astro Toilet to endure a painful death by sawing him to decease. Shortly afterward, he was struck by a Specialist Astro Toilet, knocking him to the ground, just before, Larry appeared to aid him in the battle. After successfully defeating a Specialist Astro Toilet, Larry hijacked its corpse and hovered away, leaving his body behind. Meanwhile, the Buzzsaw Mutant grabbed Larry's body and flew him back to safety, placing him atop one of the transportation crates. Buzzsaw Mutant 3.0 was abandoned shortly after by the squad when trying to kill a spying Specialist Astro Toilet, leaving him with no other choice than to face the Astro Fleet on his own.
Just as he was about to accept his inevitable demise, the Hunter Astro Mutant landed on the battlefield and rendered his weapons ineffective. He was nearly defeated, but was ultimately saved by the arrival of Speakerman Armada. In the end, Speakerwoman 2.0 handed him the lost cyber katana, and now they are all ready to confront a greater threat.
