Cathy was a human character that appeared within a flashback sequence by Plungerwoman during the events of Episode 73. She is the Camerawoman before transformation into a Hardware Head, judging by the fact that she does a double thumbs-up similarly to said Camerawoman. Also, confirmed in an interview from Iron Cameraman with DaFuq?!Boom!, she is of good acquaintances with Dave, who would become Plungerman in the future as well.

Cathy appears as a young woman with long brunette hair that is slick and soft, kept in a tidy manner and just about drooping over her shoulders.
In terms of overalls, she wore a dark purplish suit that is tucked into her pair of tight black slacks, with the upper part of her suit being unbuttoned to reveal a blue shirt underneath. Additionally, she wore a pair of clear circular glasses that presumably assist her vision in seeing better.
2.0[]
The 2.0 version of Cathy first appeared in Episode 77 Part 2. This version of Cathy is a reincarnation of Plungerwoman 3.0, but with a more human-like face. Instead of Plungerwoman 3.0's camera, it has been replaced with a human head. However, Cathy's eyes are not visible in her 2.0 form, as they are obscured by an item worn on her head by Plungerwoman 3.0. This item could be a cap or a visor, but it is most likely a visor, suggesting that Cathy may be able to see through it. Additionally, she has a small cut on the right side of her mouth and a normal nose, though it is not very prominent. Short brown strands of hair flow down the sides of her face, adding to her human-like appearance.

Cathy appears as a friendly woman with a cheerful attitude and is shown to be quite optimistic. Through her interactions with Dave, the both of them seem to be quite great friends, or at the very least, acquaintances. However, she tends to have a more serious attitude once something important or grave occurs.

Skibidi Toilet 73 (Part 1)[]
Cathy gives a thumbs-up to the camera while telling Dave to look at it.
In Episode 73, Cathy made her first appearance in the series, appearing in the memories of the Black Camerawoman. We could see Cathy turning on a camera to record herself with her coworkers. She directed her coworker, Dave, to look at the camera, while she gave a thumbs-up to the camera. Dave refused, to which Cathy shrugged and returned to work.
Speaking with her other coworkers, they instructed Cathy to proceed with the "Phase 1," to which she simply accepted the instruction and continued with the process.
Skibidi Toilet 77 (Part 2)[]
In Episode 77 she was seen as Plungerwoman most of the episode. But in a brief moment when she was helping the POV-Cameraman up her face turned into Cathy's face, this was probably a flashback but it is still unclear. It was only for a few seconds though. She was later saw in a render for episode 77, there was both her Plungerwoman form and her Plungerwoman with the Cathy's form.

Season 25 Compilation[]
"Are you ok? You don't look good." Dave asking Cathy if she's okay after she became "unconscious."
In the Season 25 compilation, Cathy appeared in a daydream that Plungerwoman had while being repaired. In this memory, Plungerwoman recalls herself as Cathy, where she remembers being with Dave as he tried to rouse her, asking if she was okay and mentioning that she had "lost consciousness". Dave says, "Something terrible happened," and Cathy asks if it was the "Great Experiment," to which Dave replies, "Whole system overloaded... only one thing could cause this..." They then leave the room where Cathy was, encountering blood and flickering lights in the dark hallways, indicating a danger within the facility.
"Wait... Let's be reasonable, okay? What if it's dangerous?" Cathy expressing uncertainty about Dave's decision to go investigate the rest of the facility.

- Cathy has been around since 1985 as evidenced by the flashback sequence during the events of Episode 73.
- She could be one of the most important parts of "The Group C", since she gets asked to "open the gate" meaning she could be the only one to do that.
- She is the first woman to be shown in these recent Episodes. (not counting the first Humans)
- She is also the first woman in the series who can talk. It is unknown who voices her beside DaFuq!?Boom!.
- The woman who voices her also voices the Female Skibidi Mutant and the Female soldier from Episode 77.
