Deployable shield projectors are a protection-type item introduced in Episode 76, when one was used by the Heavy Large Cameraman. It was also used by the Large Cameraman 3.0 in Episode 77. It resembles Titan Cameraman 2.1's shield, but miniature.
Appearance[]
Deployable shield projectors appear to be small black mechanical devices manufactured by The Alliance's science team, judging by the logo on them. When activated, it will project a blue-colored energy shield that is strong enough to block an attack from an Specialist Astro Toilet's Energy blade.
Functionality[]
Deployable shield projectors, when placed down, activate a shield that looks like Titan Cameraman 2.1's. The Heavy Large Cameraman was the first to use it, in Episode 76. However, while proven effective against Trooper Astro Toilets, it was easily deactivated by a Strider Astro Toilet's energy projectile. It has also been shown that they can utilize their plasma shields while still attached to the user, though the shield produced will be noticeably smaller even if it is still just as durable.
