Handcuffs are an object that appeared in the first additional scene of Season 24. The Handcuffs are used by the Detective Cameraman to capture certain individuals for interrogation or for other purposes, such as Lucky Cameraman.
Appearance[]
The Handcuffs do not look like its real-life counterpart used by the police. Instead, it has a futuristic sci-fi style, featuring a blue glowing energy binder seemingly to prevent the user from breaking it.
Functionality[]
The Handcuffs are used for arresting The Alliance members that seem suspicious or are against The Alliance. They emit an blue laser preventing the arrested one to escape.
Trivia[]
- The handcuffs were probably just created for the Lucky Cameraman.
- The design looks oddly similar to the Handcuffs used in "Flash" (the series) to capture the Metahumans.
- So far, we have only seen this item in additional scenes of seasons.
