The Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet is a bigger variant of Normal Skibidi Toilets and a little larger than regular Medium Skibidi Toilet, although he is not big enough to be considered a Semi-Large Skibidi Toilet.
His first appearance was in Episode 4, where he slid across the restaurant, which the episode takes place in, with a deep and bass-boosted voice. He is seen commanding a group of Micro Skibidi Toilets during his debut. He is smaller than Semi-Large Skibidi Toilets but larger than Medium Skibidi Toilets, this gives him his name, the Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet. Not much else is known about this toilet since he is very rare.
He, or at least to an extent another version of him appeared in Episode 69, imprisoned within the confines of the Alpha-Hills Labs. He is presumably as imprisoned for a certain crime considered offensive against the Skibidi Toilets, or was simply used to experiment with, similar to that of a lab rat. No matter the case, whatever was done to him in the labs left him seemingly traumatized, silent and quivering with a wide-eyed yet blank expression.
Appearance[]
The Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet is notably larger than Normal Skibidi Toilets, and similar to Medium Skibidi Toilets in size. In Episode 4, he was seen having a disconnected plug dangling behind his water tank, with a much rounder bowl than ordinary toilets, and a lifted toilet seat, something almost never seen in Skibidi Toilets, as the majority of other toilets only have a lifted lid. This Skibidi Toilet has a Male_08 head which is very rare. And the same as the Berserker Mutant Skibidi Toilet and the Ravager Skibidi Toilet.
Combat/Abilities[]
In Episode 4, we could see the Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet enter a Restaurant, right after a Normal Skibidi Toilet, which apparently turned the human inhabitants turn into variants of Normal Skibidi Toilets, which Normal Cameramen are immune to. He was also seen commanding a small squadron of Micro Skibidi Toilets, and possibly also the Normal Skibidi Toilet who entered the Restaurant beforehand. It is inferred that the Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet makes use of these Micro Skibidi Toilets, doing so by distracting his opponents with them before he attacks. Due to his slow speed, this method would be an adequate way to defeat opponents.

- He is one of the rarest toilets, only appearing about four times in the series.
- He is possibly dead, since he has not appeared in the series since Skibidi toilet 12.
- This was confirmed in Skibidi toilet 66, meaning that the main variant is extinct.
- But in Episode 69 it was seen that one Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet was locked up in one of testing cells, many people believe that this is the first Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet that was seen in the series, but it isn't confirmed, and is still unknown if this Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet managed to escape the Alpha-Hills Labs.
- This was confirmed in Skibidi toilet 66, meaning that the main variant is extinct.
- Although it is believed that he is a Semi-Large Skibidi Toilet, this is not true.
- This is because when his size is compared with surrounding Normal Skibidi Toilets, it can be observed that the toilet's dimensions are pretty similar with those of regular Medium Skibidi Toilets, only being a bit bigger than them. and he's small enough to fit through the restaurant door, and technically Semi-Large Skibidi Toilets should be bigger than that.
- Oddly enough, he has the voice of a Giant Skibidi Toilet, despite being smaller than the Large Skibidi Toilets. The Large skibidi toilets also seem to have a slightly higher pitched voice (but still a low voice, but not as low as the giant skibidi toilet's voice).
- The Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet in Episode 69 is possibly the same one from Episode 4.
- He has a Male_08 head which is same with the Berserker Mutant Skibidi Toilet, the Ravager Skibidi Toilet and the Large Police Skibidi Toilet.
- He is actually one-sixth of a Giant Skibidi Toilet, because there's a Semi-Giant Skibidi Toilet, a Semi-Large Skibidi Toilet and Large Skibidi Toilet, The Larger Medium Skibidi Toilet would be the fifth in this category because he's smaller than all of those sizes.
- The above makes sense to call him One-Sixth Giant Skibidi Toilet, or that might be too mathematical for the name.
