The paper document was first seen in Skibidi toilet 70. It had the faces of the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet and the Assailant Astro Toilet that is written in the Greek alphabet. The beginning starts with, "Brrr skibidi dop dop dop yes yes," which are lyrics of the Skibidi Toilet anthem. It seems to be some agreement with the Astro Toilets and the Skibidi Toilets. Weirdly, this document can be translated by the Google Lens feature, but the returned translation is complete gibberish. This item was stolen by The Alliance. We do not know where it is because when it was last seen, POV-Cameraman/Plungerman held it up for a little bit and then put it down because the Claw Wheeler Skibidi Toilet somehow came into the room.
