The TV Men headquarters is a massive underground megastructure that first appeared in Episode 66. The headquarters housed the entire TV Men race, providing the race aid via repairs and upgrades. Most impressive of all, is that the headquarters is capable of relocating itself to three different other locations in the event of an emergency. The entirety of the complex seems to be comprised of long and megalophobic hallways with various amounts of metal I-beams extending out from the ground and far into the ceiling above. Each of the I-beams seem to be connected with several more I-beams in a horizontal position, providing walk-ways for the TV Men to navigate and stroll through.
The TV Men headquarters is adorned with various amounts of TVs that either decorate the headquarters; walls or are attached to tram lines that allow them to move. Some of these TVs appear as either flatscreens or the old-school bulky TVs. These machines are shown to be a defense measure for in the event that an intruder somehow manages to infiltrative the base. In any case, this TVs utilize the TV Men screen rays as an attack method, as shown in Episode 77, where one of the Ceiling TVs used the orange-screen to set an Interceptor Astro Toilet that had managed to infiltrate their base ablaze.
The headquarters is comprised of many different sections, but the most notable is the Titan-Holding bay, where Titan TV Man teleports to when not deployed onto the battlefield. It is a massive chamber equipped with various amount of machinery and technology that aid in repairing or upgrading the titan. Televisions surround the room, acting as a defense mechanism or as a way for the TV Men to view the battlefield from a safe location. Metallic walkways and balconies hug close to the walls or hang from the ceiling, allowing the smaller TV Men to walk and operate the many control panels that are emplaced on the pathways. Additionally, the chamber has a massive Reactor core that is secured to one side of the chamber, which is powered by three power lines that run up the wall and to the core.
In the event of an emergency, the TV Men headquarters is capable of relocating itself by teleporting its entire structure into a different underground area of the world, one of which was underneath an abandoned prison that rests near the coast of the North Sea. This protocol is achieved by setting the designated teleport location before activating the Reactor core for teleportation. This occurred in Episode 77, when the Astro Toilets began obliterating the terrain that lead directly towards the TV Men headquarters, forcing an immediate emergency translocation as to avoid destruction. The TV Men headquarters is capable of relocating to four different locations,[1] the first in Alaska, and the second off the coast of the North Sea. The other two translocation points are unknown as of now.

Trivia[]
- Unlike the Cameramen headquarters, which is claustrophobic with tight corridors and hallways, the TV Men headquarters seem to be the exact opposite of it, with megalophobic and large spaces accompanied by the obvious lack of any safety precautions to prevent safety hazards.
- The TV Men are capable of regular teleportation, so this apparent design flaw does not apply to them.
- This also seems to serve as a way for the Titan TV Man to navigate around the TV Men headquarters.
- This was the first location where more than 2 TV Men are seen together.
- The map used for the passageways of the base is a section of the Citadel, a giant megastructure inhabited by the Combine in the Half Life Franchise.
- The other rooms within the base are entirely new scenebuilds, though they still heavily use assets found in the Citadel.
- The mechanism of the teleportation of the TV Men headquarters is inspired from the entrance portal for Howl's Castle from the film Howl's Moving Castle.[1]
- The map for the abandoned prison off the coast of North Sea is likely Nova Prospekt with the base itself still using map assets from the Citadel.
