talking to Plungerman in skibidi toilet 70
Info
The Administrator is an unknown and very enigmatic figure that consistently manifests in various episodes throughout the series since his inception in Episode 45.
Background information is limited regarding The Administrator as he can only be seen observing primarily The Alliance alone, or other scenes that involve combat engagements against the Skibidi Toilets. There is a bit of his background knowledge, as it was seen in Episode 70 that he used to be an administrator at the Alpha-Hills Labs. He is typically located afar from the POV-Cameraman, usually on top, the side, or inside of a building; all away from the front lines. He is one of the few humans that currently remain within the realm of the series. Although his current allegiance towards a specific faction is unconfirmed, it's heavily implied that he sides with The Alliance.

What are some notable traits of the Secret Agent?
What is the first episode in which the Secret Agent appears?
Appearance[]
The Administrator holds comparable traits with a human, appearing as a Caucasian male wearing a brown suit and a long black and white striped tie, overlaying his blue dress shirt; however, at the end of Episode 47, his appearance becomes more visible, where he is seen donning orange sunglasses. With his more noticeable appearance, he shares a similar resemblance to DaFuq!?Boom! himself, the creator of the series.
In a Season 25 fake Recording, he was seen with his Masterkey, a device that opens every door in sight.
Abilities[]
Despite being extremely powerful, The Administrator presumably only has passive abilities and not ones that contribute in combat. He possesses a multitude of unique abilities, some are exclusive specifically to him. He possesses immense strength, a slap from him only is able to send the Gray Hexa Claw Skibidi Toilet flying many miles away, causing an explosion.

Teleportation[]
The Administrator is capable of teleportation, an ability shared similarly with the TV Men. However, unlike the TV Men who engulfes themselves in black smoke before teleporting, the secret agent simply dissipates from existence and appears into another location.
Telepathy[]
The Administrator is capable of transmitting messages to other beings through their minds without verbally communicating with them, as seen in Episode 67, when he contacted the POV-Cameraman to look to the left.
Technology Manipulation[]
As seen in Episodes 67 and 70, the Administrator is capable of hacking into monitors or Cameramen and interfering with their movement, recording and much more. He is also able to warn The Alliance of impending danger via messages on billboards. He is also able to cause critical damage to Cameramen through his hacking ability as seen with Plungerman in Episode 70 (part 3).
Fire Resistance[]
In the Season 23 Video Compilation there's a secret scene where he talks to the Lucky Cameraman at the start of the scene he can be seen in the middle of the fire, standing still without his clothes and him burning/damaging, meaning he's immune to the all types of fire, small ones and big ones.
Telekinesis[]
Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate objects without directly interacting with them, and the secret agent seemingly possesses this ability.
Absolute Immortality[]
Despite not having enough evidence to back this claim up, it is most likely that the administrator does possesses this ability, as he was able to survive the devastating explosion caused by the ambush in Episode 65 despite being relatively close to it. This same explosion was able to heavily injure the Upgraded Titan Cameraman, dismembering his right arm and causing several of his attachments to be damaged and engulfed in flames. He's also survived many fires as seen in Episode 70 in the background when he was talking to Lucky Cameraman.(Extra Scene)
Future Prediction[]
The Administrator is seemingly able to accurately predict the future, and consequently be able to change the trajectory of certain outcomes. This is possibly true as he has warned the Titans that there would be a trap.
Nullifying Damage[]
The Administrator might be able to keep someone alive despite their serious injuries, this can be applied to Plungerman, who might have been kept alive during the entire fight against the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet after he got shot by a laser. However the Administrator can undo this action since Plungerman started suffering similar injuries as Dark Speakerman who got shot by the same laser.Appearances[]
The Secret Agent can be seen in multiple Episodes since his debut during Episode 45.

- Episode 45 - He can be seen inside a house through the window, though the POV-Cameraman only catches a brief glimpse of him.
- In the Shorts version, he can be seen behind the house peeking at the corner. (This is likely a replacement for him hiding inside the house in the full version, as the format of the YouTube shorts would simply hide the secret agent off-screen.)
- Episode 46 - He is seen leaning on a tree, but he is very hard to see due to the camera's motion blur.
- Episode 47 - He appears after the POV-Cameraman managed to survive the G-Man 2.0's lasers, taking him somewhere after the POV-Cameraman blacked out.
- Episode 48 - He can be seen inside the building to the right when an infected Large Cameraman attempted to attack the POV-Scientist Cameraman.
- Episode 52 - He can be seen on top of the roof of the gas station right when Camera Helicopters were landing.
- Episode 55 - He can be seen observing the Cameramen convoy marching through the city streets atop a balcony on the right hand-side of the screen.
- Episode 56 - He can be seen in the destroyed blue car after the TV Man killed two Normal Gray Skibidi Toilets.
- Episode 57 - He can be seen on top of the red colored building to the right after Upgraded Titan Cameraman appeared.
- Episode 58 - He can be seen watching the Cameraman whilst atop of a building. Additionally, he seems to producing a type of green glow. He is also seen leaving the area after Upgraded Titan Cameraman flies off.
- Episode 59 - He can be seen watching while leaning on a broken car to the left.
- Episode 61 - He can be seen inside a building after a Normal Cameraman was running away from the Buzzsaw Car Skibidi Toilet.
- Episode 62 - His lower half can be seen when POV-Cameraman falls to the ground and reaches for the headphones. It is likely that he gave the POV-Cameraman the headphones himself, meaning that he can withstand the noise of Scientist Skibidi Toilet's speakers.
- Episode 63 - He can be seen looking inside the house when Plungerman gets out of the Glitchmobile.
- Episode 64 - After Upgraded Titan Speakerman and Upgraded Titan Cameraman fly away at the end, he can be seen standing on a nearby wall, with faint pictures of Dafuq!?Boom!'s Youtube Profile Picture put onto all billboards. He then quickly disappears, confirming the theory that he has the ability to teleport.
- Episode 65 - He was hiding in a red car when the titans were heavily damaged.
- Episode 66 - He first appears in a mountain, where its a green glow like the same one in Episode 58, his face appears in the tablet of the POV-Cameraman, and then he physically appears, giving a knife to the POV-Cameraman when the POV-Cameraman is punching a Jetpack Skibidi Toilet.
- Episode 67 - He can be seen when the POV-Cameraman turns to the right, he is watching them. He is also seen at the start on the water tower, and he also appears when the POV-Cameraman's screen starts to glitch, in which he says "LOOK TO THE LEFT," possibly to help the POV-Cameraman stay alive and not get killed by the real Scientist Skibidi Toilet.
- Season 22 (All Episodes) - He is seen overlooking the area before handing the POV-Lucky Cameraman the Hijack device, before disappearing.
- Episode 70 - In Part 2, he was on an old poster shaking hands with a scientist. And the middle of Part 3, he was talking to the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet, and at the end, he monologues about the bigger threat coming.
- Season 23 (All Episodes) - He appears right after the Episode 70 part concludes, speaking to the POV-Lucky Cameraman, telling him to "get back here" and "stick to the plan".
- Episode 73 - In part 1, he was looking at Black Camerawoman after she kills the Quad-Buzzsaw Skibidi Toilet. He also appeared in part 2 on a tower. He possibly gave the G-Toilet a green laser orb.
- Season 25 (All Episodes) - He appears in a fake recording, "at the time before Episode 66 takes place". After POV-Lucky Cameraman is being attacked by a Gray Hexa-Claw Skibidi Toilet, the Secret Agent arrives just in time. He then throws a spear at the toilet and delivers a powerful slap, taking the toilet down. The Secret Agent helps Lucky Cameraman up, expressing his anger at the Skibidi Toilets for stealing valuable technologies. In a calm yet determined tone, he hands Lucky Cameraman the Hijack Device, being sure that his army will be able to handle the situation.

Trivia[]
- For a long time, he was the only known alive Human. However, that is no longer a case, since living humans were shown in the full version of Episode 73.
- The Administrator shares an appearance similar to Blugray, the protagonist of DaFuq!?Boom!'s now private music video, called "Blugray - Demand". (you can still view it here)
- In an old comment, DaFuq!?Boom! replied to a comment that he based the model of Blugray (which is similar to the model of the The Administrator) from Nero, a character from the game Devil May Cry 5 (or DMC5).
- In recent episodes, there is a green glow when he appears, and it's unknown why.
- It may be according to his color scheme, e.g., Cameramen are associated with blue, Speakermen with red, TV Men with purple, Skibidi Toilets with yellow, and Astro Toilets with orange.
- It’s also possible that this the color associated with humans as a whole, but this is highly unlikely.
- The green glow also comes with his powers, so it likely shows when he is using a power.
- His role in the Skibidi Toilet series is unknown. However, he does act similarly to a character called the G-Man in a game series called Half Life.
- In fact, he and the G-Man (Half-Life) make the same sound when teleporting from one place to another.
- G-Man's original intention as a character was to be the Administrator of Black Mesa, but this was scrapped and this role was instead given to Wallace Breen. One could argue that this scrapped lore was a form of inspiration for Secret Agent's character.
- Given his nature, and having the Lucky Cameraman do his work for him, it is possible that the duo is a reference to "G-Man and Gordon Freeman from Half Life".
- For comparison: Administrator and G-Man (Half-Life) are both mysterious entities with supernatural powers.
- They also don't directly interact with the plot/story.
- One difference is that Secret Agent is a true higher power, seeing that no other implied or mentioned entity/entities outrank him in the Skibidi Toilet canon, but G-Man is bound to the interests of his mentioned "employers".
- Another is that the Secret Agent is seen favoring the Alliance and the Skibidi Toilets, while the G-Man acts in his own interests, doing both harm and good.
- They are both directly involved to incidents that would change humanity forever. (Resonance Cascade and the unknown involved incident that spread the Skibidi Toilets across the world).
- Gordon Freeman and Lucky Cameraman work for G-Man (Half-Life) and Administrator respectively, and their powers are beneath that then who they work for.
- Both were incredibly lucky, infamous for surviving many situations.
- They also both were inside a large scientific underground complex (being Black Mesa and the Alpha-Hills Labs respectively).
- For comparison: Administrator and G-Man (Half-Life) are both mysterious entities with supernatural powers.
- In fact, he and the G-Man (Half-Life) make the same sound when teleporting from one place to another.
- In Episode 58, he is seen walking away from the area after the titans leave.
- In Episode 62, he presumably helped the POV-Cameraman once again by giving him headphones (he had helped a POV before in Episode 47) but the validity of this theory remains unknown.
- After his disappearance in Episode 64, all billboard screens are shown with DaFuq!?Boom!'s profile picture.
- He has the power to interfere with the Cameramen's camera lenses/recordings, as shown in Episode 67, he can use said abilities in order to communicate with them, as in the same episode he said "LOOK TO THE LEFT."
- He can also make the Cameras stop transferring information and recording to the Cameramen laboratory, as seen in various Episodes where the Cameraman are seeing the Plungerman's POV and the tablet glitches.
- In Episode 67 we can see that he can actually talk, however when he isn't directly talking to them his voice is heard whispering and echoed.
- In the Season 22 full compilation video, the Secret Agent is seen giving the Hijack Device to the Lucky Cameraman.
- Secret Agent communicated with more than one Cameraman for the first time in Episode 67 (Only in the Season 22 compilation).
- He was the one who gave the Hijack Device to the Lucky Cameraman.
- He warned the POV-Cameraman to look to the left.
- According to the poster, he was a former Administrator of Alpha-Hills Lab (which is now the Alpha-Hills Labs) back in 02/07/1979 (the date can be seen in poster, MM/DD/YYYY), It is an interesting easter egg since DaFuq!?Boom! created Skibidi Toilet at this date (but in 2023, specifically February 7) however it is unknown why he is the only one that survived.
- Additionally, if one is not American and instead uses DD/MM/YYYY, they get July 2, which is the release date of Skibidi toilet 45, coinciding with the Secret Agent's first appearance.
- It was revealed that the The Administrator was a former administrator at the Alpha-Hills Labs. As seen in a poster in Skibidi toilet 70 Part 2.
- The Ambience that plays when Administrator is present and nearby the POV-Cameraman is called "Half Life 2 Trainstation 2".
