The Administrator's Collective is the most mysterious and enigmatic faction in the Series. The leader of the organization is presumed to be The Administrator. The Administrator's collective consists of a few human agents along with some Alliance members who were secretly recruited. The purposes and intentions of this faction are unknown at the moment, except that they do not support any faction and only act out of their own convenience.

There are currently only six known members of the The Administrator's collective, these members being Green Suited Cameraman, Twin Green Suited Cameramen, Lucky Cameraman, The Shapeshifter, and The Administrator. A seventh member, which could be seen as the POV-Cameraman during an Additional Scene of Season 25, was recruited into the organization by The Shapeshifter after getting severely injured in the same scene.

The headquarters or the laboratory of the organization is presumably located in an office or a basement as seen by Plungerman in Episode 70.

Organization[]

The Administrator is the presumed leader who, along with The Shapeshifter, recruit other members into the collective. The reasons for these actions are so far unknown. The Administrator seems to be in favor of behaving as an ally towards The Alliance or the Skibidi Toilets, but did have certain individuals within both factions, such as Plungerman and Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet, who he wanted eliminated for unknown reasons.

The Administrator[]

First Sightings[]

Indirectly, the first appearances of this faction occurred through the Administrator himself, who first appeared in Episode 45, later becoming a recurring character. He always appeared in secret, in the form of a cameo/easter egg, with the POV-Cameraman and other characters of the Episode never realizing his presence.

Important and Enigmatic Appearances[]

Skibidi Toilet 47

In Episode 47, he appeared at the end after the POV-Cameraman had been brutally attacked. The Administrator approached the POV-Cameraman, and it's still uncertain what he did with him, although many speculate that the POV was Lucky Cameraman and that the Administrator took him and revived him to recruit him.

Skibidi Toilet 62

In Episode 62, his participation was different as he didn't appear in a cameo but interacted indirectly with the POV-Cameraman, giving him headphones to protect himself from the Chief Scientist Mech's attack. The reason for this action is unknown, although it's suggested that it was to allow the POV-Cameraman to record as much as possible. However, this theory raises more questions than answers.

Skibidi Toilet 64

In Episode 64, he was one of the Episodes where he could be seen more clearly, appearing at the end and looking directly at the POV-Cameraman, showcasing one of his abilities, some form of Teleportation or invisibility.

Episodes 67, 68 & 70

In Episodes 67, 68 & 70, he had significant involvement, interacting several times with some characters. It's implied that he wanted to get rid of the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet, as several times he seemed to 'assist' some alliance members in locating the scientist, like telling the Blue Shirted Large Cameraman to go after the Chief Scientist. Although initially seeming like an ally, in Part 3 of Episode 70, it was indicated that all he wanted was to dispose of the Chief Scientist and he used the entire Infiltration squad as pawns, only to later eliminate some of them himself, like Plungerman.

In episode 73 g toilet has strange energy orbs with green particles off the titans' technologies

In episode 74 a strange silhouette appeared in the corridor of alpha hills similar to the Large tv man only in white and green clothes and a white head

Throughout the 25th season the administrator continues to hide, but it begins to open up Shapeshifter Agent.

Lucky Cameraman[]

Recruitment[]

At the moment, there's no official information on how the Lucky Cameraman joined this secret organization. However, it's possible that it happened in Episode 47, where this Cameraman was the POV and the Administrator recruited him. If so, it's still unknown why he chose this Cameraman. It is possibly due to extensive damage allowing him to interact with the Cameraman without being perceived, Lucky Cameraman's sheer luck, or other reasons.

Undercover Operation[]

Since his appearance in Episode 56, there were suspicions that the Lucky Cameraman was not a normal cameraman and that he was hiding secret information. These suspicions grew stronger from Episode 67, but it wasn't until the Season 22 Compilation that it was confirmed in a secret scene that he was colluding with the Administrator. He was seen meeting with the Admin, who handed him the Masterkey. With subsequent Episodes, it becomes clearer that he was sent along with the Infiltration squad to help the squad reach the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet with the proficient usage of the Hijack Device to access areas of the labs until his incapacitation in Episode 70 (Part 2). In the second extra scene of Season 23, he is recovered by the Reinforcement Squad, being told by The Administrator to stick to "the plan", which details are unknown.

Twin Green Suited Cameramen[]

Recruitment[]

At the moment, it's completely unknown how they were recruited by the Administrator; it's only known that they were recruited sometime before Episode 67. They are possibly creations of the Administrator himself, disguised as regular Cameramen to raise no suspicion. Episodes they are present in before Episode 67 also usually have the Administrator present as well, further adding to this possibility.

Undercover Operation[]

Their participation was alongside with the Lucky Cameraman, possibly to monitor the Infiltration squad, although they were left behind after 'dying' by Michael Jackson Skibidi Toilet. Lucky Cameraman's role was to ensure that the Infiltration Squad get to their objective in Alpha-Hills Complex. The Twins role was to look over the Infiltration Squad to ensure they follow their objectives and make no mistakes, specifically Plungerman, who would be known for making irrational decisions that may compromise the mission. They may also have the slight role of ensuring the objective to kill the Chief Scientist Skibidi Toilet is killed, granting Plungerman and Dark Speakerman temporary invisibility to evade being spotted by a Flashlight Laser Guardian Skibidi Toilet. Several moments they are seen staring at Plungerman, generally out of focus, and later bring him to confront the Administrator directly at the end of Episode 70.
