The Ushanka Skibidi Toilet is a Gray Skibidi Toilet mounted with two mechanical arms: one mounted with a laser cannon and one that has a wielded knife. As his name suggests, he wears an Ushanka hat.

Due to his brief appearance, Ushanka Skibidi Toilet hasn't been seen in combat yet, but it can be presumed that he is a survivalist alongside his fellow Cameramen companions, demonstrating not only exceptional skill in hand-to-hand and ranged combat with his knife and arm laser cannon, but also having extensive knowledge of his surroundings.

These are mechanical arms with Claws that serve as hands, which the Ushanka Toilet has incorporated on the sides of his toilet body. Besides being useful for close combat (such as crushing, subduing, throwing, and destroying objects with brute force), they also have combat weapons equipped in each arm.
Knife[]
The Ushanka Skibidi Toilet wields a long Knife that somewhat resembles a Spear, although the blade is not long enough to classify it as such. The Knife does not appear to be particularly lethal; it could likely injure standard enemies but would likely be ineffective against higher-ranked foes. However, since the Ushanka Skibidi Toilet has never been seen in battle, the true strength of his Knife remains unknown.

The Ushanka Skibidi Toilet made his debut in this episode, where he was seen beside a vodka-drinking Russian Cameraman, right before they readied themselves up from an incoming Trooper Astro Toilet. It is unknown if they had survived this encounter, but judging from the render, they most likely did.
